Refund Policy
Wags and Wisdom Dog Training and Walking
Effective Date: 1st November 2025
Overview
At Wags and Wisdom, we strive to provide exceptional care and training for your canine companions. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.
Training Sessions
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Clients may cancel or reschedule an individual 1:1 training session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency (at our discretion).

Missed sessions without notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
Package Refunds:

If you’ve purchased a multi-session training package and are unable to attend, we will try and move your session to accommodate this.

Please only buy a package if you feel you can commit to all the sessions.
Dog Walking Services
Cancellations:

Walks cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled walk are non-refundable.

If we arrive for a scheduled walk and your dog is unavailable or access is restricted, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Weather & Safety

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may cancel or reschedule services for the safety of your dog and our team.

In such cases, we try to reschedule the session. If we are unable to do that, you will receive a refund or credit.

If you choose to cancel due to weather, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
